Elizabeth Moody Brown:

Elizabeth Brown joined the firm of Lowenstein Family Law firm (now Lowenstein Brown, APLC) in 2004, becoming a partner in 2009.

Ms. Brown earned her undergraduate degree in Social Welfare and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994. She obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1999.

She has been interviewed on parenting and family law by the Clairemont Community News and the San Diego Family Magazine.

Elizabeth Brown's interest in the public interest extends far back into her years as an undergrad, where she:

Served as President of the Public Interest Law Foundation.

Helped develop a grants program to serve students in pro bono internships.

Interned in the areas of juvenile law and criminal law.

Elizabeth Brown received the coveted Alec L. Cory Scholarship for outstanding Pro Bono Service.

Elizabeth Brown was a member of the Peace Corps, where she worked in the Kingdom of Tonga advocating for youth through grassroots projects and grant writing.

Elizabeth Brown co-hosts the Lowenstein Brown video series.

She fuses her family law practice with motherhood experience, allowing her to present a parent's perspective when discussing issues of divorce with children.
