I recently came across an excellent article about choosing a divorce attorney. It made so much sense to me that we have, with permission of Author Jay Rigdon, uploaded it to our articles page on our website.

In a nutshell, Rigdon says rather than looking for a “shark” or “barracuda” that clients should hire an attorney who puts the children first, focuses calmly on problem solving and helps keep the issues in perspective.
